Damaged or Defective Items If your gear arrives with a misprint, a manufacturing defect, or damage from transit, we've got you covered. Simply reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a clear photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement so you get the exact quality you paid for.

Sizing Issues & Change of Mind To maintain our quality and operations, our collections are printed and fulfilled on demand specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot process returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or for buyer's remorse. We highly recommend checking our detailed sizing charts before securing your piece to ensure you get that perfect oversized drape.

Order Cancellations Once an order drops, it goes into production rapidly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once the production process has started, the order is locked in and cannot be canceled.
