Shipping & Delivery Operations

Securing Your Gear Every POLESTARRRR garment is produced specifically for you when you place an order. Because we prioritize the premium quality of our 280 GSM French Terry cotton and the precision of our graphics over mass production, we don't just pull pre-made shirts off a dusty shelf.

Production & Processing Times Please allow 2 to 4 business days for our production team to meticulously print, quality-check, and pack your order. Once your piece passes our final inspection, it gets handed off to our shipping partners.

Transit Times (India) Once your order leaves the facility, standard delivery across India takes approximately 3 to 5 business days, depending on your exact coordinates.

  • Total estimated time from checkout to your door: 5 to 9 business days.

Order Tracking (The Uplink) As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a transmission via email containing your tracking link. You can use this to monitor your drop's exact location while it's in transit to you.

  • International Shipping: Currently, POLESTARRRR is deploying drops exclusively within India. Global shipping operations are in the works—stay tuned.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping coordinates before confirming your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs. We want your gear to reach you without delays.
